About the Role
We are building a doctor-first prenatal care ecosystem and are looking for someone who already has strong, active relationships with gynaecologists in Bangalore.
This is not a typical sales role. Your core responsibility will be to build, activate, and scale partnerships with OB-GYN doctors and clinics.
If you have been meeting gynaecologists regularly, understand how they think, and can influence their recommendations—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with gynaecologists, IVF specialists, and maternity clinics
- Onboard doctors onto our prenatal programs and drive active referrals
- Conduct regular clinic visits and maintain high-frequency engagement
- Position our offering as a doctor-recommended prenatal care solution
- Work closely with internal teams to improve doctor conversion and retention
- Track doctor engagement, referrals, and outcomes
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Existing strong network of gynaecologists in BangaloreCurrently or previously managing OB-GYN / IVF / Women’s Health doctorsAbility to name and access 15–20 active gynae doctors in your territoryExperience in field sales / doctor engagement rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skills
